Infection spike in Stavanger: 37 new registered cases

A total of 37 new corona infection cases have been registered in Stavanger in the last 24 hours.

Four of the newly infected people have an unknown source of infection.

The last daily spike is quite higher compared to the last few days. On Saturday, 19 infected people were registered. On Friday, 18 were infected.

Out of the new cases, 28 are close contacts. In addition, four have an unknown source of infection, while five have an uncertain source of infection.

On Sunday evening, the Municipality reported infection at several schools after five students at Kvernevik school, Smiodden school, and Nylund school tested positive for COVID-19.
