European Commission head Jean-Claude Juncker wants a faster internet and believes that it should be free in all European capitals by 2020.

– Digitalization should be available to everyone, wherever they live and regardless of how much they earn,  Juncker said in his annual speech on the Union state.

In addition to this, Juncker also argued for speeding up the internet.

– That’s why, the Commission proposes that we develop 5G networks across all of the EU by 2025. This has the potential to create two million new jobs in the EU, he said on Wednesday.
