Kongsberg: Man in his 60s charged of sexually abusing two children
A man in his 60s has been charged with abusing two children under the age of ten in Kongsberg in 2014.
The man is accused of having sexual intercourse with one of the girls on several occasions under the old penal code, which applied in 2014.
Under the new penal code, the charge would have been defined as rape.
The man is also accused of touching the other girl on multiple occasions. The man does not admit criminal guilt, his lawyer Haakon Borgen told newspaper Laagendalsposten.
