On Tuesday morning technicians from Kripos (The national unit for combating organized and other serious crime) have started surveys at the scene where the Thai woman Pimsiri Songngam (37) and her 12 years old son Petchngam were killed.
Finnmark Police requested Kripos for assistance after the murderer happened on Monday night. At 8 o’clock on Tuesday morning investigators went into the apartment in Kirkenes city center.
– These surveys are important to enlighten the events with technical discoveries, said police district in a statement.
Pimsiri Songngam and her son had both Thai citizenship. Tuesday morning Finnmark Police had received formal confirmation from the embassy that the relatives are notified.
Police said that still there is no defender assign to the accused husband (59) but that they are working on this.
