About 70 Kurds demonstrated with flags and posters inside Oslo Station on Wednesday night after Turkey launched an offensive in northern Syria.

The protesters stood at the train information sign inside the station itself.

“It has been reasonably peaceful. However, we have been told that there have been tendencies to profanity when some Turks passed the protesters,” says operations manager Tor Jøkling in the Oslo police district to NTB.

The protesters showed up at 6.30 p.m. on Wednesday. At 7:45 p.m., police stated that the marking was about to end and that there were no unwanted episodes.
