A man from Central Troms is charged with drunk driving after driving 100 meters to the store to buy beer. Now he must face in court.

The blood sample that was taken from the man showed a blood alcohol level of 2.29, writes Nordlys.
Police showed up at the home of the 50-year-old after he had come home from the store. The man is also accused of riding without a license.

The case will go in Senja District Court in late August.
