A man in his late 20s is accused of helping his deported wife and three children to travel illegally from Sweden to Norway last year.
Among other things, the husband is said to have organized, paid for, and accompanied the trip of his wife and children. According to the prosecution, the trip took place last summer.
In February 2017, the woman was expelled from Norway for five years. She was deported to another European country only two months later.
The man has been charged with human trafficking and faces up to three years in prison.
The case will be dealt with by the Oslo District Court on 2 November.
