A man in his 50s has been arrested and charged with bodily injury after he bit off part of the ear of a man and struck a woman during a neighbor dispute.
– They were arguing about firing in a fireplace outside or the like, which led to the fight between them, explains operations manager Runar Eriksen from Eastern Police District. A 65 years old couple were injured. The man got bitten injuries in an ear and the woman was knocked down and started bleeding in the mouth.
The accused were located in the neighboring house.
– He is sitting in custody and will be questioned as soon as possible, said Operations Officer.
