On Wednesday, Bergen Police arrested a man in his 30s who is suspected of having threatened to shoot employees at a NAV office.
Nav Office Solheimsgaten alerted the police about the threat just after 9:30, and an hour later the man was arrested in Bergen, writes BergensAvisen.
“There were no problems during the arrest. We also found no weapons on him, but will also check his residence,” said operations manager Lars Geitle from the Western Police District.
The man is a known acquaintance of the police. Nav office remained closed while police looked for the man.
