A man in his 40s has been charged with attempted murder in a stabbing incident in Tromsø that took place in October last year.
Norwegian Broadcasting (NRK) reports that the man has been charged after an incident in an apartment at Tomasjordnes in Tromsø in October last year.
A man in his 30s was stabbed twice in the neck with a knife. The man in his 40s is also accused of stabbing another man with a knife.
The man in his 30s was seriously injured, while the other had moderate injuries.
According to the newspaper Nordlys, the accused man called the police himself and told them that he had stabbed two other men.
The man’s lawyer Thomas Hansen has previously told the newspaper that his client acknowledges the facts but has not taken a position when it comes to criminal guilt.
