Man passed away in swimming accident in Sunndal
On Thursday afternoon a man was found dead in Innerdalen at Sunndal municipality. Police believe the man has lost his life in connection with a swimming accident.
– He was found in a river not far from Renndølsetra tourist lodge. We have been notified at 15:54 O’clock on Thursday, said operations manager Rolf Anders Korstad from Møre and Romsdal police district.
He said to NTB that they know who the dead man is and his relatives were notified on Thursday night.
