A man in his 40s was stabbed in Sunndalsøra on Saturday night and is seriously injured. A man in his 30s has been arrested.
The police in Møre og Romsdal wrote on Twitter at 1 PM on Saturday that the victim’s injury is described as very serious, but that the man in his 40s is stable and receiving treatment in the intensive care unit.
The police were notified of the incident, which took place at a private address, at 1:38 AM on Saturday.
“When we arrived at the address, we were met by an injured person and the man who is now a suspect.
“The injured man was first transported to Molde, but was later transported to St. Olav’s hospital in Trondheim,” operations manager John Bratland in Møre og Romsdal police district told NTB on Saturday.
