With summer heat also in September, the warm record for Oslo from 1947 ended Wednesday.
Wednesday afternoon the temperature was measured at the Meteorological Institute at Blindern in Oslo at 20 degrees.
This became the 104th day of the year with temperatures above 20 degrees, which is referred to as a Nordic summer day.
Thus, the record from the year 1947 in the number of Nordic summer days has been broked, reports the Meteorological Institute.
