Member of Parliament for the Sweden Democrats calls corona vaccine poisonous

A member of the Swedish parliament for the Sweden Democrats, Roger Richtoff, called the corona vaccine “poison,” Swedish Radio P4 reports.

In a local Facebook group, Richtoff wrote that “many children” could “unknowingly get a poisonous injection against COVID-19.”

He now claims that “famous doctors, virologists, and immunologists” are critical of giving the vaccine to children – without supporting his claims with valid proof and sources, according to NTB.

The Sweden Democrats’ group leader in the Riksdag, Mattias Bäckström Johansson, told the newspaper Dagens Nyheter that Richtoff’s choice of words is “polarizing, unnecessary, and stupid,” and that the party stands behind the Public Health Authority’s recommendations and guidelines.
