At least forty people have died and more are missing after a fire incident at a club in Oakland in the state of California, local media reported.
Around 50 people have been in the building when the fire broke out shortly after 23.30 local time on Friday in the Fruitvale outside San Francisco.
The figures on the dead and missing people are diverge, but the fire department confirmed to East Bay Times that at least forty people died in this incident.
A further 13 are missing, said Fire Chief Teresa Deloach-Reed to the local newspaper. Some other local media reports that as many as 25 people are missing.
The Golden Donna band held a concert in the premises Friday night, writes the BBC. Based on the info from event page in Facebook many people are missing after the fire.
