A man in his 20s from Møre og Romsdal is accused of raping a woman in Molde in July.
According to the indictment, the man used amphetamine, hashish, and GHB when the rape allegedly took place.
The standard penalty for rape is four years of prison.
The case will take place in Romsdal District Court on June 29. Three days have been set aside for the case.
