A woman in the 60s and her son in his 40s was found dead Tuesday in a house in Bergen. Police describe both deaths as suspicious, but are not looking for any perpetrator.
The two dead are a woman in her 60s and her son, who is in his 40s. The woman lived in the house, and her son “had a residence” there, Bergen police informed on Tuesday afternoon.
The investigations made by the police in the house have so far not given the investigators a basis for determining the cause of death .
No visible damage
– There is no visible damage to the dead, and no weapons have been found on the site. We’re not looking for any people in particular, but we are keeping all ouroptions open, police chief Morten Ørn in Bergen south police district to says to the news agency NTB.
The son was reported missing from an institution on Monday night. On Tuesday morning the police asked the man’s sister to make contact with the mother, and it was in this lead to the two dead being found.
It is unclear when the mother was last seen alive, the newspaper Bergens Tidende writes. The last reliable observation of her son was on March 1 at the institution he visited regularly.
