Motorcycle driver dies in traffic accident on E39 in Lindesnes

A motorcyclist has been declared dead after an accident between three vehicles on E39 in Lindesnes.

Agder Police District announced that an accident took place west of Osestad in Lindenes at 10 o’clock on Wednesday morning. First, the police reported that it was an accident between a car and a motorcycle, but later they stated that three vehicles were involved.

The air ambulance arrived at the scene, and the road was closed while lifesaving first aid was provided at the scene. 

At 11:39 AM, the police stated that the driver of the motorcycle had been declared dead on the spot and that the next of kin had been notified.
