After what the Oslo police describe as one of the most hectic party nights since the corona epidemic broke out, Espen Nakstad fears that few can infect very many.

“Infected people in the city can end up infecting many others with such behavior in Oslo,” says the assistant director of health to NRK.

He thinks it is unfortunate that people do not keep distance from one another, and that some apparently flout the infection prevention advice.

To the channel, Operations Manager André Kråkenes of the Oslo police district states that they have logged around 170 incidents in Oslo, Asker and Bærum on Friday night/Saturday morning. Around 70 per cent of the incidents are related to matters of order, fights and arguments.
