By the end of October , 6536 people had been deported by the Police Immigration Service (PU).
This is 7 percent more than the same time last year.
The monthly statistics from PU show that 731 people were sent out of the country in October. Sanctioned individuals accounted for 30 percent, or 221 people.
This is the second highest monthly figure for deportation of convicted persons in the past four years.
So far this year, 1,819 convicted criminals have been sent out of the country. Four out of ten came from Romania, Poland or Lithuania.
32 minors were sent out of the country in October. Three unaccompanied minors were sent to another Scandinavian country, while 29 were sent out as part of a family.
Afghans (743) and Iraqis (453) top the list of nationalities that have been sent out of the country.
