New corona-related deaths reported in Trondheim and Bergen
This week, new cases of corona-related deaths have been reported at both Haraldsplass in Bergen and St. Olav's Trondheim.
A corona patient who was admitted to Haraldsplass Diakonale Hospital in Bergen died on Monday. The deceased was an elderly person, who was infected before hospitalization, communications manager Ingrid Lovise Færøyvik told the newspaper Bergens Tidende. This is the third death at the Municipality’s hospital in the last week.
The newspaper Nidaros reports that a corona-related death has also been registered at St. Olav’s hospital in Trondheim during the last 24 hours. That is the eleventh corona death at the hospital during the pandemic.
