New daily infection record in Oslo: 1,137 corona cases registered in the last 24 hours

A total of 1,137 new corona infection cases have been registered in Oslo in the last 24 hours. That is 53 more than the same day last week and 20 more than on Tuesday.

In the last two weeks, an average of 770 infection cases have been registered per day.

The infection rates are highest in the Søndre Nordstrand district, with an infection pressure of 2,527 infected people per 100,000 inhabitants in the last two weeks.

The figures are lowest in Nordre Aker, Frogner, and Sagene districts.

A total of 76,253 Oslo citizens have been registered as infected with coronavirus since March last year.
