A plane with 128 evacuees from Afghanistan landed on Norwegian soil on Friday morning, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told NTB.
Later on Friday, the last plane from Afghanistan is expected to arrive.
The plane landed around 6:45 AM on Friday.
“Today, a plane from Kabul with 128 people on board landed in Norway. In addition, there will be another flight (from Afghanistan) later today.
“The passengers include Norwegian citizens, others who qualify for entry, and Afghans in need of protection,” Foreign Minister Ine Eriksen Søreide (H) told NTB.
