Most people want Erna Solberg (H) as prime minister, VG’s prime minister survey March shows.

As many as 52% of Norwegians say they want to give Conservative leader and current Prime Minister Erna Solberg confidence for four new years.

At the same time, 38% say they prefer AP leader Jonas Gahr Støre.

That is an increase of three percentage points for Støre since January.

Solberg lost three percentage points in the same period.

However, when Center Party (SP) leader Trygve Slagsvold Vedum is included among the alternatives, the numbers look a little different: 41% prefer Erna Solberg, 26% prefer Jonas Gahr Støre, and 19% prefer Trygve Slagsvold Vedum.
