Nordre Follo Municipality downgraded its level of anti-corona measures from 5A to 5B, without strict local measures, from and including Monday, April 26.

Local authorities made the decision based on the recommendation of the municipal chief physician.

The change means that shops, shopping centers, and department stores can open from Monday, April 26, the Municipality noted in a press release.

There will also be some relief for training and cultural activities for children and young people. At the same time, schools will continue to operate at the “red” level.

“We know that many are tired and struggling due to the strict measures we have had for a long time now. Measure level 5B is also a strict – a high level of measures – but necessary,” Mayor Hanne Opdan said.
