The government will present its plan for electricity support measures to the business community at a press conference at 10 o’clock on Friday morning.
The government has worked closely with the main organizations in the business sector – LO, NHO, and Virke – to put in place an electricity support scheme for companies affected by the high prices.
Several companies fear that the huge electricity bills could bankrupt them or make them lay off employees.
The government has received criticism from several sides that it has taken too long to put a solution in place, and earlier this week, Virke asked the government to speed up the process.
