Minister of Oil and Energy Marte Mjøs Persen (AP) has tested positive for corona. She is the third minister to test positive for COVID-19 in recent days.
“Minister Mjøs Persen tested positive for corona when she took a home test late this afternoon. She also tested herself early today, and got a negative test,” press contact Tore Becker at the Ministry of Oil and Energy told the newspaper Dagbladet on Thursday night.
The Ministry states that everyone who has been in contact with Mjøs Persen has been notified.
In recent days, Minister of Justice Emilie Enger Mehl (SP) and Minister of Finance Trygve Slagsvold Vedum (SP) have tested positive for the corona.
