Norway’s Transport Minister Hareide: I hope we can get in place night trains from Oslo to Copenhagen
Minister of Transport Knut Arild Hareide (KrF) believes that night trains from Oslo to Copenhagen could become a reality.
The Minister has asked the Norwegian Railway Directorate to assess the time frame, costs, and other necessary conditions by November 1, Norwegian Broadcasting (NRK) writes.
“I hope we can get such an offer in place. Cross-border railways are very exciting; getting trains to Malmö, Copenhagen, and on to Europe,” he noted.
