Norwegian authorities have now found the parents of 26 of the unaccompanied children who were evacuated from Afghanistan.

They were not able to contact the parents of two children.

The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration told Norwegian Broadcasting (NRK) that the two are boys over the age of twelve.

The Police Immigration Unit (PU) has also participated in the work.

The 28 children were among those evacuated from Afghanistan in August in connection with the Taliban’s takeover of the country.
