The number of Ukrainians who have come to Norway has decreased during Easter – compared with March.

That means that the National Police Immigration Service (NPIS) has time to prioritize post-registration of refugees who have already arrived in Norway, Norwegian Broadcasting (NRK) reports.

“Now, we are working to call in those who are waiting at private addresses. (They’ll be able) to come in a little faster than what we previously agreed on.

“If we get hold of everyone now in the next couple of weeks, we will be up to date by the end of April,” Are Magnus Olsen, section leader in the NPIS told NRK.
