From November 1, Norwegian will remove the temporary restrictions on the use of bonus points.

“We have always said that we will bring the benefits program back to normal when the market has picked up after the pandemic,” CEO Geir Karlsen stated.

In February, Norwegian froze the bonus program for travelers until the restructuring of the company was completed. In May, the company initiated the limited use of bonus points.

Following pressure from the Consumer Council, Norwegian has chosen to automatically renew bonus points that expire this year until December 31, 2022.
