A Norwegian player was one of the two who had the winning numbers in the Viking Lotto on Wednesday. They will receive a premium of NOK 167 million.

However, the three-digit million amount is not a Norwegian record. In August 2017, a man in Norway won a total of NOK 441 million in the Eurojackpot.

The first prize pool in Vikinglotto has been building up since January. No one got six straight, and thus no second prize winner on Wednesday.
