A new survey shows that 77 percent of Norwegian voters think the Solberg Government’s Coronavirus crisis management is good and 74 percent think the government’s response is right.

In the poll, conducted by Response Analysis for VG, only 6 percent of respondents say that they believe the government’s handling of the crisis has been poor.

According to the figures from Response Analysis, there is also a fair amount of cross-political agreement among those who have answered the survey, that the crisis management has been good. Not unexpectedly, the government’s own voters are most satisfied.

On March 12, the government introduced the most radical measures in peacetime Norway. In the opinion poll, as many as 74 per cent say they think the measures are right while 16 per cent think the measures are too strict.

Next week, Prime Minister Erna Solberg (H) will present what coronavirus measures she believes will be continued.
