All Driver and Vehicle Licensing Offices in the country are now at the yellow alert level. This means you can take your driver’s license exam without strict infection prevention measures, such as wearing a face mask.

“After a few weeks with extraordinary infection control measures at orange and red alert levels at five Driver and Vehicle Licensing Offices, we are now back to yellow at every office” says department director Hennig Harsem in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration.

Yellow alert level is the next lowest level and means that only the candidate and examiner can be in the car during the exam. There is no requirement for the use of face masks, as is the case at the orange alert level.
