In a new survey, over 20 per cent of those polled say they have mainly chosen not to leave their own home during the corona pandemic.

22 per cent of those surveyed answered “yes” to the question if they had essentially stopped leaving their house during the pandemic, while 74 per cent answered “no,” NRK reports.

There are more women than men who answered yes, and the majority of those who choose to stay at home are under 30,

In mid-March, 25 per cent of respondents said they thought the restrictions would last for nine months or more, now that proportion has increased to 60 per cent.

The figures are taken from the Norwegian Corona Monitor by Opinion.
