A man was stabbed in Svolvær on Saturday. The man called the police and told them about the stabbing. One suspect also got in touch with the police over the phone.
The police received the phone call from the victim around 1 AM.
“He said that he had been stabbed several times and that it happened outdoors in a parking lot at a shopping center in Svolvær.
“Shortly afterward, another man called the police and told them that he was responsible for the stabbing. He was arrested immediately,” operations manager May-Wenche Hansen in Nordland Police District told NTB.
The victim has been taken care of by the health service.
