Oslo: 118 new corona cases registered in the last 24 hours

A total of 118 new corona infection cases have been registered in Oslo in the last 24 hours – 71 fewer than the same day last week.

The infection rates are highest in the Søndre Nordstrand district, with an infection pressure of 782 infected people per 100,000 inhabitants in the last two weeks. In the last 24 hours, 14 new infection cases have been registered in the district.

The lowest infection pressure has been registered in the St. Hanshaugen district, with 262 infected people per 100,000 inhabitants in the last two weeks. 

A total of 51,928 Oslo citizens have been registered as infected with the coronavirus since March last year.
