Oslo: 163 new corona cases registered in the last 24 hours

A total of 163 new corona infection cases have been registered in Oslo in the last 24 hours. That is 82 more than the same day last week and six more than on Wednesday.

In the last two weeks, an average of 110 infection cases has been registered per day in Oslo.

The infection rates are highest in the Stovner district, which had an infection pressure of 642 infected people per 100,000 inhabitants in the last two weeks. The figures are lowest in the Ullern, Nordre Aker, and St. Hanshaugen districts.

The peak of infection in Oslo was reached on August 30 this year, with 680 cases in one day.

A total of 55,328 Oslo citizens have been registered as infected with the coronavirus since March last year.
