According to the indictment, the 22-year-old man raped a woman in a parking lot in Bygdøy allé in Oslo on the night of June 19 this year.

Eight months earlier, in October 2020, the man is said to have tried to rape a woman in Tøyenparken in Oslo. He allegedly grabbed her by the neck, pushed her against a shed, and pulled down her blouse, but the woman escaped.
