On Tuesday, a man in his 30s must appear in Oslo District Court, charged with attempted murder.
The incident happened on Sunday evening, August 19, 2018.
According to the indictment, the man was sitting as a passenger in a BMW that drove up against another BMW on Østre Aker vei near Haugenstua in Oslo.
He is then said to have fired a gun at the passengers in the other car, but the shot hit the door of the car without penetrating it.
The man is well known to the police from before and has previously been convicted four times, including for violence and drug-related matters. Police have previously linked him to the criminal group known as Young Guns.
The case starts in Oslo District Court on Tuesday this week, and the trial will last throughout the week.
