In September, the pastor returned home from a trip to a European country.

The next day, he met with large sections of the congregation.

“He was with a dozen other people. He was close to some of them, and he talked to them, despite the fact that he had a quarantine obligation after returning home from abroad the day before,” the fine that newspaper VG received from the police states.

The country the man traveled from was classified as “red” in August.
