Three men are scheduled to appear in Oslo District Court, charged with aggravated deprivation of liberty against a 25-year-old in an apartment in Greenland in Oslo. The man was held captive for almost 28 hours.

According to the indictment, the three detained the man from December 11, 2018, around 2:30 PM until around 6:15 PM the next day.

The victim must have been sprayed in the eyes with a sort of self-defense spray, overpowered, handcuffed, and tied with strips and tape.

The three are accused of beating the man, kicking him a number of times, as well as abusing him. They also wanted to inject what was said to be heroin into him, threatened him with a knife, and threatened to kill him and rape his fiancé.

Two of the men are also accused of taking a ring and a watch from the 25-year-old.

The defendants are aged 22 to 31 years. The case starts on Tuesday, April 6, and twelve days have been set aside for processing.
