From Saturday, Østfoldbadet in Askim will be closed to guests coming from Oslo and other municipalities that are closed.
“The fear is that we’ll get Asker and Bærum conditions,” general manager of Østfoldbadet, David Koht-Nordbye, told newspaper Smaalenenes Avis.
He says that the water park reacted to the appeal from the Indre Østfold municipality’s leadership to take action.
Østfoldbadet will still be open to the local population and municipalities that have not closed down their baths, gyms, and sports facilities, the newspaper added.
