Both parents in a Norwegian-Romanian family, family with 5 children, from Sogn and Fjordane are accused of violence against their children, reported NRK news.

On last autumn the Child Care Organization took care of the five children. Meanwhile, the parents charged that police described as nurturer violence.

The case has created huge commitment and in several countries there have been widespread protests against the case. This summer parents got their kids back, but now police brought charges against them on not telling the truth, confirmed by their lawyers in an interview with NRK news.

– It’s brought charges against my client nurturer violence, said by their mother’s lawyer, Ingrid Breistein. She said that her mother has acknowledged partial guilt.
It is not known how his father felt about the indictment.
