The vaccination of children between 12 and 15 years of age in Tromsø will soon be underway. Parents in Tromsø can now book a vaccination appointment.
The vaccination starts next Saturday and continues for the next two weeks.
“Most cases of infection that we now have come from the schools. Therefore, getting this age group vaccinated is the best tool we have to overcome the pandemic,” infection control officer Trond Brattland stated.
Parents must fill out a consent form for children in this age group to be vaccinated.
