The Oslo Water and Wastewater Agency has found bacteria in the water and therefore recommends residents of parts of Nordstrand district to boil their drinking water.

The Council applies to those who live in the area west of the Mosseveien from and including Kongshavn and south down to and including Ulvøya, as well as the islands of Bleikøya, Sjursøya, Ormøya, Malmøya, and Malmøykvalen.

– In such findings, we routinely notify cook recommendations based on the precautionary principle. We have no discoveries anywhere else in the city, the water and sewage agency writes in a press release.
