People who are at risk of serious illness should be given priority in the queue for corona vaccines, FHI recommends.

The National Institute of Public Health (FHI) published its recommendations ahead of the government and FHI’s press conference on vaccines on Friday.

The FHI recommended that groups with an increased risk of serious progression and death should get priority in the national vaccination program.

  1. Here’s the list of the at-risk groups, according to the FHI:
  2.  Everyone over the age of 65
  3. Residents in care homes and nursing homes
  4. Persons aged 18-64 with one or more diseases/conditions that create a higher risk of serious disease progression.
