On Sunday afternoon, a passing observer saw a screaming and shouting person at the Ruter tower on Jernbanetorget in Oslo.
Ruter notified the police of the incident.
“The person in question ran up the stairs in the middle of the tower.
When we arrived, we tried to locate the person in question, but there was no one there,” operations manager Line Skott in the Oslo police district told news bureau NTB.
The police will now investigate how the person got to the top of the tower, also known as Trafikanten.
The age and sex of the person is not known.
