On Friday morning, 75-year-old Roger Walter Holland received the first corona vaccine from Moderna administered in Norway. The vaccination took place at Engelborg Resource Center in Oslo.
The center is located on Rodeløkka in the Grünerløkka district in Oslo.
“It is an honor,” Roger Walter Holland told newspaper VG.
The first shipment of the vaccine from the American company Moderna arrived in Norway on Tuesday.
All the 3,600 doses have been allocated to Oslo.
The Moderna vaccine requires a four-week waiting period between the first and second doses, while the Pfizer vaccine requires a three-week interval.
