Two young men stabbed at Stovner in Oslo

Two young men were stabbed with a sharp object at Stovner in Oslo on Wednesday night.

A young man has been hospitalized with serious injuries. The other man was slightly injured in the incident and received treatment at the emergency room. As of Thursday morning, no one was arrested in the case, and the police had no suspects.

“The two injured are men aged 18 to 20 years,” operations manager Sven Christian Lie in the Oslo Police District told NTB on Thursday.

On Thursday morning, Roger Hjertø of the Oslo Police District told the newspaper Dagbladet that this was hardly a random incident.

“We have indications that this was not a random incident,” he said.

He told the newspaper Avisa Oslo that there were witnesses to the incident. The homicide section is investigating the case.
